Our 2026 theme, “The Kingdom Is at Hand,” has challenged us to understand not only the reality of God's Kingdom but also what it means to live under the rule of our King. In August, Kingdom Work reminded us that every believer belongs, is equipped, serves, grows, and is ultimately sent. September takes the next step: What should people encounter when Kingdom citizens enter the world around them?
Philippians 3:20 “For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ.”
Jesus did not simply announce the Kingdom—He demonstrated its character. Kingdom Culture is expressed when the values of heaven increasingly shape how we think, speak, work, serve, forgive, love, make decisions, and relate to others. Jesus taught us to pray, “Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven” (Matthew 6:10). That prayer must become a way of life!

Don't approach this series as something merely to learn on Sunday. Ask God to show you where Kingdom culture needs to become more visible in your own life—at home, at work, in your relationships, in difficult circumstances, and wherever He has placed you.
We are citizens of heaven living on earth. Let's live so that people can see something of our King and His Kingdom through us.
