One of the missions of the church is to be good stewards of God’s blessings, so we can bless others as we are blessed. That is what the bible says that we should be committed to. We may not be seen as “rich” by the world’s standards but all of our needs are met!

There is an amazing story to tell about SOZO, and it begins with the fact that we are almost 100% driven by volunteers. Very few people are on salary, and yet we get amazing things done, and are essentially debt free. We owe a lot of that to the hearts of people who love and faithfully serve this church daily. Our goal remains to staff up as we grow!

As a result we manage our money very carefully, giving to FCM and other ministries as well as to those in need, while managing the expenses and needs of the church. For years we have made sure that we do not overspend and that we do not end up having to ask you to cover our spending at the end of the year. Today we are proud to say that what you give “above & beyond” your tithe goes to things we want to do “above and beyond” just maintaining the church and paying the bills. Each year we are dreaming bigger!

That is why we are so excited to partner with you as we dream together, work together, and recieve God’s blessings together. 2023 is no different, and we believe that by sharing our dreams with you we will accomplish them together. So, here is what we are dreaming of for the end of 2023, leading into the even bigger things we believe God is calling us to in 2024!

Completion of Building Paint + Signage - $15,000
